Let’s Do This!
We’re excited about our flight of 6 single malt whiskies. They fit together quite nicely to the point of creating synergies… the whole is greater than the sum of its component parts. We’ve based our flight on 3 pairings: Tullibardine (light aperitif whisky and Tomatin (a sherry-finished ‘Tweener’ dram), Bladnoch (a bold all-rounder) and GlenDronach 15 (an elegant sherry bomb), and Amrut Spectrum (a rich digestif) and Caol Ila (a cask-strength but balanced peated digestif). If you’re not a peated whisky lover, this is the tasting for you (there’s only one peated dram). I hope that you can join us and do bring a friend as ‘good whisky is made great when shared among friends.’
