Denver Scotch Club proudly presents Thompson Brothers Mystery Malt (series #3). Join us for this super fun event as we taste our way through 8 mystery bottles.

Thompson Brothers are an independent bottler that also operates Dornoch Distillery in Scotland. They started and popularized the mystery malt concept, which has since seen copycats from others such as Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The first 3 releases of this mystery malt series sold out within an hour, so it’s no wonder why others are trying to copy it. Yes, we actually have at least 8 bottles. And yes, we were up at odd hours of the night, clicking refresh on the purchase portal, like we were trying to buy Taylor Swift concert tickets.

The format will be one bottle at a time. Casually discuss and enjoy the dram, which is the main purpose of this event. Brave souls may offer up guesses from a list of possibilities (completely optional) – the table of possibilities is further down in this description. And finally, we reveal what the whisky is. A great way to be surprised, delighted, and perhaps discover something new or unique.
