American Single Cask with Bill Christy

San Diego Scotch Club will be welcoming an old friend, Bill Christy, founder of the new independent bottling company, American Single Cask, to Chapter One for an evening of exceptional single cask whisk(e)y. Bill will guide us through his inaugural lineup of four single malts, one bourbon, and one rye, all single casks personally selected by Bill, a well-known scotch enthusiast who meticulously sampled at the distilleries to find the warehouse gems.

Food: We will have plentiful chicken wings available, various flavors (buffalo, bbq, thai chili cashew…) and not too spicy to detract from the tasting.  The regular menu will also be available for purchase.

NOTE: This is being hosted at the brand new Shore Duty in Coronado, not the usual Liberty Call Barrio Logan location.  We’ll be one of the first groups to checkout their new private dining room!
