Hogback Distillery with Graeme Wallace

Denver Scotch Club is excited to present Hogback Distillery! A local Colorado distillery with deep Scottish roots. They produce single malts that are just about as close to scotch as one can get without being able to call it scotch.

Owner and master distiller Graeme Wallace will guide us through a carefully curated tasting of his single malts, which includes 6 single barrels from his premium line Wallace Collection. With over 20 years of reviewing and writing about scotch prior to opening his distillery, Graeme Wallace brings real, undeniable passion and experience to his craft.
