American Single Cask with Bill Christy

LA Scotch Club and The Center for Culinary Culture—Home of The Cocktail Collection & EatsDrinksTV will be welcoming an old friend, Bill Christy, founder of the new independent bottling company, American Single Cask, to Hollywood’s Lost Property Bar for an evening of exceptional single cask whisk(e)y. Bill will guide us through his inaugural lineup of four single malts, one bourbon, and one rye, all single casks personally selected by Bill, a well-known scotch enthusiast who meticulously sampled at the distilleries to find the warehouse gems.

We’ll also enjoy a welcome cocktail, a buffet of light bites, including fresh fare from Melissa’s Produce and more. Plus, participants will have the opportunity to bid on and take home what they taste during a SILENT BOTTLE AUCTION benefiting the nonprofit Center for Culinary Culture.
