DESCRIPTION:Every once in a while LASC does a BIG one and here it is. The club hasn’t done a Bowmore tasting since perhaps 2011 and that is way too long and we need to revisit this premier distillery and old favorite. Beam-Suntory’s  infamous brand ambassador\, Rich Varga\,  will be presenting Bowmore’s new core sherry collection\, but since this is an LA Scotch Club tasting\, we’ll be going far beyond that. Dusty boxes of rare Bowmores have been waiting for over a decade for this event; so we’ll also go on a trip to the past to visit Bowmore bottles from 20+ years ago in order to do a side-by-side comparison on how Bowmore has changed over the decades.
